For most people insurance policies are not daily reading material.  Choosing your insurance company and policy may have been a lengthy process, and most likely once you chose your policy and provider you put the policy somewhere safe, and didn’t revisit it. A typical insurance policy contains hundreds of provisions and stipulations along with various forms and riders that are constantly changing. Sometimes homeowners, and or business owners aren’t fully aware of the extent of their policies, and only come to review the policies when a disaster happens.  Unfortunately when emotion and the stress of an unknown situation occur, the ability to grasp and comprehend all of the intricacies of a policy can become overwhelming.

Our first action will be to execute a full and detailed review of your insurance policy in order to effectively help you navigate and complying with your policy’s requirements.

Next Counter Point will handle your claim
through a process of:

  • Complete Detailed Property Damage Reports and Cost of Recovery Reports
  • Assist in the Preparation of Inventories of The Loss
  • Provide and Analyze Estimates
  • Provide Time Element Losses – such as business interruption, loss of rents, loss of use or additional living expenses
  • Meet face to face with the insurance company to present an itemized claim package (with your approval)
  • Work as your advocate in all inspections and meetings in order to repair, restore and or rebuild your property.
