“First off I want to thank you so much for doing what you said you would do so confidently when we met the morning after the fire.

I selected you Gary out of the crowd of adjusters and contractors that were swarming around me like vultures while you remained calm and collected and when you spoke to me you made sense. I am so glad I picked you out of the crowd.

Oh, we had our problems, but nothing to do with you. My contractor was very difficult to work with and you were very helpful in coaching me through that as well.

Cyndi, you were always available to me on the phone and spoke to me at length frequently when I was pulling my hair out trying to understand the process. You always gave me the assurance and comfort I needed to make it through each day.
